In Thailand, not every monks/temples made amulets to gain donation, they all have different duty to people from birth to death, to teach good thing and maintain peaceful in system. Some Temples do help kids/junior monk, people with imperfect body, hospital to help sickness or markets to help earn living, many monks who work hard like psychiatrist or schools teacher that teach dharma only. Simply to say that monks can't make money, without this flow of good things we do here.

There're still many poor temples all over Thailand, and thanksful to all these guru monks who lead others young in a good way all these years, to help many who had suffer in fortune. May the land and their souls be bless and divine.
