Sindhu is a mythical Himmaphan creature of the horse family. Its external appearance is that of a horse with a fish tail, black body, white tail brush. It lives in rivers or lakes. The word Sindhu means river horse. The root word comes from the word Sindhu which means horse, a good breed from the Indus River Valley, which is one of the important rivers of India.
