TaoGuwen or in other name "TaoVessuwan" is the leader of giants/devils. 1 of 4 king of the underworld who protect and look after the human world, we often see this statue infront of many temple here in Thailand. TaoVessuwan staying jatumaharachiga heaven at north side, powerful god with many servant.

The old thai people use TaoVessuwan payan mantra tie up on the top of the bed for their children, to protect from bad spirits which come to infest them. Accord to the old story "Ardanatiyaparit" said he lead all the gods from jatumaharachiga heaven to pay respect to the Buddha. Vow to protect the Buddha and all his followers from all giants/devils. TaoVessuwan is powerful giant and a good god with blessing from PhraPhrom, PhraIssuan, also known as the guardian of the buddhist religion, god of weatlh fortune, guardian of those who practise dharma gumatarn monks.

Accord to an old scroll, those who seek wealth and protection fortue, power. Pray to Taovessuwan.

It ti pi so pa ka wa, Ya ma ra cha noh, Tao ves su wan no, Mor ra nung su kung, Ar ra hung su ka to, Na mo put ta ya, Tao ves su wan no, Ja tu ma ha ra chi ga, Yuk ka pan ta, Pat pu ri toh, Ves sa pu sa Put-Tung Ar ra hung Put-Toh Tao-ves-su-wan-no, Na mo put ta ya.

Part of this mantra also often chant before chinnabunchorn mantra, to pray and worship to the guardian who look after the Buddhist religion and people.
